Come along to our space at Dignus on your Saturday morning to bolster awareness for mental health. We’ll kick off with a quick chat, then you can sweat it up with a friend in a fun partner workout designed for any fitness level, and after that we will have a BBQ ready for you to enjoy.

All burgers, buns, treats and time have been donated for the cause and all funds made on the day will go to ‘R U Okay’ to help mental health awareness.
